We can “OCR” the exhibit documents and then link to them from the transcript text. Simply click on a hyperlinked word in the transcript to view the referenced exhibit. We will also synchronize deposition video to the transcript for you and include it in a cohesive package!

We will create hyperlinks between transcript text and exhibit documents (OCR’d or not). You can click on text in the transcript to open the referenced exhibit in the free, provided viewer. The viewer includes tools that allow you to search, rotate, zoom, and generally navigate the exhibit with a familiar interface. Quickly jump to keywords using the Hyperlinked Word Index if your exhibit has been OCR’d. This gives you the advantage of reviewing exhibits in context of the transcript and makes your research more efficient without cumbersome boxes of exhibits and paper transcripts.
Additionally, we can synchronize deposition video to the transcript for you. This allows you to review transcripts from within your Publisher Bundle while observing the demeanor of the witness. As the witness speaks, the corresponding text is highlighted on the transcript.
Multiple transcripts, scanned and searchable documents, and synchronized deposition video can formatted for you in one of two ways. A LEF is created and delivered for LiveNote SR users. A simple import of a LEF file is all you need to populate LiveNote SR software with all related transcripts, linked exhibits and video related to a case and maximizes your ROI in LiveNote SR software.
Publisher Bundles, the second format option, are self-contained bundles of all transcripts, exhibits, and synced video related to a case. All viewing software is included and is a great option if you don’t use LiveNote software to manage evidence. No special software is required to open and use the Publisher Bundle file and features such as the Word Index and hyperlinked keywords to exhibits. From within a Publisher Bundle, you are also able to save your content for import into other popular litigation and trial presentation programs such as RealLegal Binder™ LiveNote™, Sanction®, and Summation®.
